How do I add items to my cart?
To add item to your cart, navigate to the page of the item you are interested in and then choose your desired item. Enter the quantity you want then click “Add to cart” link and a chat box will notify you that the item you chose is added to you cart. You can select “View cart” or “Continue Shopping” link.
How do I place my order?
Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, move your cursor to the upper-right corner of the screen and click on the shopping cart icon with the number of items you added. Inside the shopping cart, click the checkout button under your items. You will then be transferred to our customer information section and simply fill-up. Make sure you put correct information to avoid shipping problems.
How do I view what’s in my shopping cart?
To view the contents of your cart, click on the shopping cart icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. Once you click on this icon, you can easily change the number of copies you want to purchase of a particular item in your cart by typing the quantity or clicking “–“ or “+” button and then clicking the “Update cart” link. You can also delete any item in your cart by clicking the “x” button to right of that item and then updating your cart with the “Update cart” link.
How do I remove items from my cart?
First, click on the shopping cart icon with the number of items you added in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart. Once you have identified the item that you would like to delete, click on the “x” button to the right of the item description and then click "Update cart" under the item to have your changes reflected.
How do I change the quantity of a particular item in my cart?
First, click on the shopping cart icon with the number of items you added in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart, as well as the quantities that you have chosen for each item. To change the quantity of an item in your cart, move your cursor to the box containing the number of item you added and type in the quantity desired or click the”+” or “-“ link , then click the “Update cart” link. Once you do this, the quantity and associated peso amount will automatically change and reflect the correct amounts for both the quantity and the cost.
How will I know that you have received my order?
After you complete the checkout process, a receipt will appear on your screen detailing your final order including shipping charges, your billing address, and the items that are being sent to your shipping address. Please keep this receipt for your reference. You will also receive confirmation via e-mail that we have received your order. (Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly on the order form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.)
I received a tracking number. Can I track it immediately?
No. You have to consider waiting 1-2 days before tracking the package. Getting a tracking number simply means that we are finished packing your items. It still has to be picked by the courier. Kaypeebaby cannot control when the courier picks up your parcels.

How do you handle returns?We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for some reason you are not and you wish to return your purchase, you’ll need to send us a PM at the Kaypee Baby FB page. Make sure the item is in resalable condition. We cannot refund or credit returned items that are marked or otherwise damaged.
When do you send tracking numbers?We send e-mails regarding your tracking numbers once we pack your pouches. Sometimes, your packed packages are not picked up by courier immediately. If this happens, you'll see an error or "tracking number not found" message on the screen. Please wait for 1-3 days to track your packages again.
How do I track my shipment?Enter the tracking number which was sent to you via email to the tracking box below.
I cannot access my email. Where can I see my tracking number?Tracking numbers may also be accessed by logging in to our website and checking the history of your orders.
Tracker cannot find my tracking number. How do I solve this?Go to the Xend website by clicking this link. Please allow 1-3 days before tracking your packages.
My address is provincial. When I track my parcel, it says my orders are held or undelivered. How do I resolve this?Send a PM via the Xend facebook page. Request for followups on your parcels. Xend personnel have great customer service and replies within the day. Please be patient.
